Occupation: Customer Service and Tech Support for Cyberdotnet.com A little about Jamie: Jamie Kingston is the semi-autobiographical center of the Kismetropolis world. She is the personification of that "woman-child" concept but she hates that made up, highfalutin' word for it. She is a fangirl, dyed in the wool; and unrepentant about it. She cultivates being weird as a way of coping with the world, a way of expressing her individuality, and a way of protecting herself. She prefers the company of guys to that of girls, and often children to adults. She is an extremely emotive and whimsical person which means her moods can be mercurial. She isn't crazy about her job, but she believes that for the paycheck she should still do the best job she can. She prefers to spend her time hanging out with Evan, or hanging out online, or otherwise indulging one or more of her fannish pursuits. Jamie tends to put up with the affectionate nicknames people seem inclined to bestow on her. Along with cultivating the weirdness comes the belief in the reality of things other people would scoff at. Like the notion that the guy she is interested in is interested in return despite blowing her off. But of late, it seems that Jamie's beliefs in the improbable and unlikely are proving justified...
B. Evan Renensco	Hair: Anime villain white-blond, and it is naturally occurring. Eyes: Ice blue Weight: 150 lbs. Age: 26 Favourite Color: "Don't much care for choosing favourites. Locks you into one thing." Occupation: Musician A little about Evan: Evan is a very wealthy young man, due to an inheritance from an obscure relative he hardly knows. He and Jamie have been friends for a number of years, and are quite close. They share many interests. There's no romance between them; theirs is more of a fraternal love. Evan fancies himself Jamie's big brother/protector figure. Yes, even though she's older. He disapproves of her dalliances with Forsythe.
Forsythe Hunter	Hair: Extremely dark brown. Eyes: Extremely dark brown. Weight: 215 lbs. Age: 27 Favourite Color: Blue. Occupation: High school teacher. English and art are his preferences, but he's qualified to teach history, social studies, journalism, and creative writing. A little about Forsythe: Forsythe has known Jamie for a number of years. He's as much a fanboy as she is a fangirl, and they share a lot of the same interests. Unlike most guys, Forsythe isn't threatened by the fact that Jamie can beat him at videogames, or outwrite him creatively. His schedule doesn't permit him to hang out with Jamie as much as she'd like. And in fact, he sometimes lets his schedule override seeing her at all, a fact which does not sit well with Evan.
Rathanael	Hair: Strawberry blond with white forelocking Eyes: Green Height: 6'4" [not counting the height of the wings] Weight: 140 lbs. Age: Unknown Favourite Color: He won't say. Occupation: TBD. A little about Rath: He's an angel. Or, more appropriately, was. He took a bad fall, hit the ground wrong, and broke his wings. Heaven has officially written him off as lost, and he's not too crazy about his current circumstances, either. But he's not giving up without a fight.
Split Second	Hair: Blue-black Eyes: Blue-black Height: 5'6" Weight: Approximately 105 lbs. Age: Unknown Favourite Colour: Presumably blue Occupation: Cat Burgular/Thief/Appropriator for hire A little about Split Second: Apparently quite good at her chosen line of work. Tends to be cocky and cheerful to the point of being annoying. Then again, with her power to generate temporal distortions, who wouldn't? Also just a touch easily distracted by a pretty face, a nice set of pecs, a sixpack or the right tight pants.
Kid Zero	Hair: Brown Eyes: Green Height: 6' even Weight: 175 lbs Age: 28 Favourite Colour: Anything but hospital green Occupation: It is presumed he has a dayjob, but at night -- he fights crime! A little about Kid Zero: Like the comic books say, it only takes one really bad day to make a person put on a costume and seek out people to beat up on. In this case, it's not so much a costume as a set of motorcycle leathers. He can turn invisible and intangible, making it easy for him to hit an opponent, but not so much the reverse. If he has other powers, they remain to be seen. He's already had a couple skirmishes under his belt that are more than run-of-the-mill street crime.

Height: 6' even Weight: 185 lbs Age: 29 Favourite Colour: No particular preference Occupation: Unrevealed A little about ???? ?????:What can I say, the man likes his privacy. But so far, what little we do know about him is that people steal things from him, and he hires Split Second to steal them back. He also is smart enough to know his hireling's dangerous abilities.
The Seven	Hair: There are seven of them. It varies. Eyes: See above. Height: See above. Weight: See above. Age: Varying ages. Favourite Colour: Red, like blood, green like envy...that sort of thing. Occupation: Demons A little about The Seven:They're Demons, and they're the ones who captured Rathanael. Some of them have shared their names: Bellicose and Invidia seem quite the good pals.
